Secluded on the hillside – surrounded by nature
On Amtsweg in Bad Iburg, alone on the slope: in front of the house the valley view towards Holperdorp, behind it the forest, next door the vineyard. A starting point for everything the Teutoburg Forest has to offer.
The vineyard
Right beside the house lies Lower Saxony's first vineyard. Vineyard tours are possible right on the doorstep at Weinhof Brinkmann – a stroll through the vines is simply part of the experience.
Hiking
The Teutoburg Forest begins right behind the house. Close by run the Hermannsweg (the ridge trail along the heights), the Ahornweg and the TERRA.track hiking trails of the TERRA.vita nature and geopark.
Mountain biking & cycling
The five mountain bike trails in Bad Iburg (on the Dörenberg) start practically at the door. Plus there are countless cycle routes through the Osnabrück region – e-bikes can be charged at the house.
Treetop walk & adventure
The treetop walk is within walking distance. Right next to it there's adventure mini-golf and a climbing park – a day out for the whole family.
Castle & spa town Bad Iburg
In 20 to 25 minutes on foot you reach the centre: Bad Iburg Castle, the spa park, cafés and shops – Kneipp spa-town charm amid the greenery.
Bad Iburg outdoor pool
The Bad Iburg outdoor pool is 20 to 25 minutes away on foot – ideal for hot summer days.
