How many people is the apartment suitable for?
Up to 4 guests: two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the spacious living room a cosy sofa invites you to relax. Ideal for families or two couples travelling together.
Where exactly is the apartment?
On Amtsweg in Bad Iburg, secluded on the hillside – with valley views over Holperdorp, forest right behind the house and Lower Saxony's first vineyard next door. It's 20 to 25 minutes on foot to the centre.
Is the apartment on the ground floor? Is there a balcony?
The apartment is on the ground floor, level and completely step-free. It has no balcony of its own; the balcony on the house does not belong to the apartment. Instead you can share the garden and enjoy the valley view.
Is there parking?
Yes, a private parking space right by the house is available free of charge. There is a charging option for e-bikes.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the apartment at present.
Is the apartment suitable for families with children?
Yes. Equipment for children is provided, and the quiet location with shared garden is ideal for families.
How is the kitchen equipped?
The kitchen is fully equipped – for cooking together for the whole group. A large window opens up the view into the forest.
What activities are there in the area?
Hiking, cycling and mountain biking start right outside the door. The treetop walk is within walking distance, plus the vineyard and the centre of Bad Iburg with its castle and spa park.
How does booking work?
Very simply, via the enquiry form: give your preferred dates and number of guests – we'll check availability and get back to you personally with an offer.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. Different times are gladly possible by arrangement.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are included – you don't need to bring anything.
Is there a final cleaning fee?
Yes, there is a one-off final cleaning fee of €55.
How much is a night's stay?
€80 per night for 2 guests, €100 per night for 4 guests – plus €55 final cleaning in each case. Minimum stay 2 nights (3 on public holidays).
Is there storage for bikes?
Yes, a lockable bike garage is available. E-bikes can be charged at the house.
